The exchange

A simple home swap.

A private exchange between people who care about their homes. You stay in my Amsterdam apartment while I stay in yours — no anonymous booking, no hotel logic, just mutual trust and clear expectations.

Thoughtful, personal and clear.

This is my actual home, not a rental property. I am looking for exchanges that feel human and balanced, with people who will treat the apartment with the same care they would expect in return.

How it works

A few clear steps are enough. The goal is to make both sides comfortable before anything is agreed.

01

We get in touch

Tell me a little about yourself, your home, and the dates you have in mind. I’ll share the same kind of information openly and without pressure.

02

We agree the details

Dates, length of stay, who is coming, practical notes, plants, recycling and anything else that matters are written down clearly.

03

We swap homes

You make yourself at home in Amsterdam, and I do the same in yours. We treat each other’s places as we would want our own treated.

What I’m looking for

I’m open to different places, as long as the exchange feels thoughtful and the home has a sense of place.

Destinations

Towns, smaller cities and villages with character, green surroundings and walkable centres. Northern Europe is especially interesting, but I’m open to other destinations too.

Timing

I’m flexible on dates. Tell me roughly when you would like to visit Amsterdam and how long you have in mind, and I’ll see if it lines up.

Sound good?

Send me a note with a little about you, your home, your location and your preferred timing. I’ll reply personally.
